As many as fit within your monthly design hours. Need a new ad campaign, a batch of social posts, and a sales deck? No problem. Have a major rebranding project? We’ll map it out and tackle it in phases. The goal is to keep your creative needs moving without bottlenecks.
As much as you need—within reason. We encourage feedback because great design happens through collaboration. But if you’re sending over round 12 of tweaks on a font weight… well, we might gently suggest that it’s time to move forward.
It depends on the scope, but most smaller tasks (ads, graphics, social posts) turn around in a few days. Larger projects (brand identity, packaging, website design) take longer but are planned with realistic milestones to keep everything on track. Need something urgently? We’ll prioritize it—but remember, fast, cheap, and great don’t all exist in the same universe.
Then we’re probably not the right fit. Our retainers are for businesses that need ongoing creative support—not one-off small requests. That said, we do sell blocks of “team time” in quantities of 20hrs, and you can use those anytime over the following 12 months, but if you’re just looking for a single small design, you might be better off hiring a freelancer. But if you want consistent, reliable, high-quality design work? That’s where we come in.
It depends on how many design hours you have. Some clients burn through a month’s worth of work on a major rebrand. Others spread it out across marketing materials, social media graphics, sales collateral, and website updates. We make sure every hour counts, so you’re always getting real value.
We don’t do refunds—because we put in the work. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right. But design isn’t a vending machine; it’s a process. We collaborate, refine, and make sure you walk away with something you love.
